What more is there to say? approximately 37 hours from the time i left home in Queanbeyan, to arriving at the hotel in Rome.
from Sydney it was 9.5 hours to Singapore.

| Who says Aeroplane food is bad. My Roast Chicken was delicious. But im saying nothing about the bouncy, hard Bread roll. |
| Welcome to Singapore |
and then what was supposed to be 12.5 hours, turned into 16.5 hours on the plane to get to London…due to a changed flight path, to avoid Afghanistan and certain other countries that we were no longer allowed to fly over. and then because we were late to London, we got to circle Heathrow for almost 35 minutes, just to make sure that instead of just having a rushed connection, everybody completely missed their connecting flights. Which meant i got an extra 3 hour wait in Terminal 5…

| Quality Photo Huh? the blue bit on the right is Piccadilly Circus, and the other blue bit is the London Eye...Trust Me. |
| I think they like to Self Promote how wonderful Britain is. |
| A slightly famous store. |
Finally off to Rome. bit of a traffic jam at the runway, meant we got to wait another 25 minutes for planes ahead of us to take-off, and cause the ones behind us to back up as well.
| Bit of a traffic jam on the tarmac. look a the variety of planes waiting (including an A380, which makes the tiddler behind seem like a bit of a …well…tiddler. |
| The French Alps, complete with Snow. |

Went for a quick walk and saw some old stuff… like Circo Maximo…apparently this is REALLY OLD, and is where they used to hold the Chariot Races back before i was born…
| Note the authentic centuries old Chipboard fence with wire gate. NICE |
| Panorama of the Ruins of Circo Maximo in the background with the open space where the chariot races happened. apparently. |
I'm also a little worried about dinner tonight. this is the quality of ‘Ristorante’. apparently this one is quite good too… Hmmm.

Maybe i should just stick with something i know and trust…
